How to Use It:

Mix one scoop of FUNDAMINOS™ (approximately 6.5 grams) with 4-6 ounces of water or your favorite carbohydrate-only beverage. It's recommended to consume FUNDAMINOS™ during or after exercise (especially strength), or as needed throughout the day.

For fastest and complete absorption, avoid taking 30 minutes prior to or 90 minutes after eating other proteins or fat.
