Nutrition Items


Always Happy Promise: Don't like a product? Tell us within 30 days of receipt and we'll make it right and make you happy. Here at The Feed, we want you to love your experience and the sports nutrition products you purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your nutrition specific purchase, tell us.

We do not accept returns on food items that have been opened, but we will issue a store credit if you are unsatisfied. In the event of a return, you must first contact us before sending back a return shipment.

* Consumable products over $40 receive a 50% store credit. This includes specialty nutrition products such as ketones, CBD, or supplements/vitamins.

Damaged Packages


We understand that damage can happen during shipment which is sometimes beyond our control. If your product arrives in a condition that you find not suitable to eat, please send us a message with a photo. We will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a store credit for the products that arrived damaged. We ask that you reach out to us within 7 business days of delivery.

Gear items


For gear that arrives damaged or falls under the manufacturer's warranty - Please send a photo of the damage or error message to hello@thefeed.com. We will either help process a claim for the product and a replacement product or store credit will be provided, or we will direct you towards the correct place to make a warranty claim for the product. For returns on gear that you have used, we follow the manufacturer’s instructions for satisfaction guarantees. This is specific to each gear product, terms and conditions may change.
