Subscription Policy

Cancellation Policy


Some items in our store are offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a one time purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance (available through specialty subscription programs).

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time prior to its renewal. Your order confirmation emails have links to your subscription. You can manage your subscription from there, or you may log into your account on TheFeed.com and click “manage subscriptions”.

We require that all subscription customers accept our subscription agreement at checkout. Our subscription agreement states, “I understand that I'm agreeing to a subscription. It will renew at the price and frequency listed until it ends or is canceled”.

Feed Formulas and other custom products


Feed Formulas are custom made for each individual’s subscription. We include the exact supplements you request, as well as your name printed on each packet. For this reason, we're unable to cancel/refund a Feed Formulas order that's already renewed.

Pre-orders/Future ship dates


When you purchase a product with a future ship date, you are buying an out of stock or soon to be available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment at the time of ordering, and your entire order will be shipped together when the product arrives.

Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled are eligible to be canceled/refunded. If you do not wish to continue waiting for the pre-ordered product, we can remove/refund the unavailable product and ship any remaining products in your order.
