Sleep Like a Champion: Introducing PILLAR

I would like to introduce you to PILLAR.

PILLAR is a new pre-bedtime magnesium drink for athletes.

Positioned a recovery drink, it will help you to get a better night's sleep, calm overactive legs at night, and –as a result– improve your next day's recovery.

PILLAR is already huge in Australia with many of the world's best endurance athletes, including Jan Frodeno, Ben Kanute, Ellie Salthouse, and countless more.

We are thrilled to be the first to bring PILLAR to North America.

I drink a scoop of PILLAR almost every night before bed. It's now part of my bedtime routine.

Since I first got product samples in the fall of last year, I don't think I have missed more than a few nights without drinking PILLAR before bed. It's simple –I just sleep better every night I drink it.

I'll even jump out of bed when I forget and go mix up a glass. It's so effortless, yet so impactful on my sleep.

The Two Ways it Works for Me

First: It eliminates restless, achy legs. I tend to get restless legs at night that keep me from falling asleep or wake me up. This mild discomfort happens equally on hard days as it does on rest days. But now it doesn't matter, as PILLAR has completely eliminated the issue for me.

Second: It improves the quality of my sleep. While I'm not super scientific about this, I did have better WHOOP sleep and recovery scores the first two weeks I started using PILLAR. I would use it one night and then not on the next to compare.

What's unique about PILLAR is they combine three active forms of magnesium. What's impressive is how well PILLAR has made it taste, as magnesium is notoriously hard to make tasty.

I'll boldly state that this is the best-tasting magnesium drink you will find anywhere.

I prefer the drink over the tablets, but both work just as well. I find one scoop of the powder is plenty for me. Mix it with about 6 oz of water, stir, and drink.
