Coaches Joey and Charlotte are back to discuss a crucial yet overlooked aspect of both performance and wellness: gut health.

Our gut undoubtedly takes a hit when we go out there and work hard. We’re pumping our bodies full of much needed fuel (carbohydrates) and hydration hour after hour, which takes a toll on our gut as it digests and absorbs the nutrients, so we have to ensure we’re taking care of it.

You may be wondering, what products can I take to help with that? We’re going to chat through a few different options that can help keep you fueled up with a happy gut day after day below. However, our gastrointestinal (GI) tracts are complex and individualized places. It may take some tinkering to find the right mix of products to keep your gut healthy. Below are just a few to get you started:

SwissRX Gut Defense and Gut Health

SwissRX Gut Defense packs a huge punch. With ingredients like L-glutamine and N-acetyl D-glucosamine, these ingredients may help reduce inflammation in your gut and may aid in the repair process too. L-glutamine is also great for muscle building and preservation!
