5 Sports Nutrition Questions Every Endurance Athlete Asks

I get the same five questions over and over from athletes. So, I figured, let’s tackle them all at once. Here’s what everyone wants to know.

“Matt, what’s the one thing that’ll actually make me faster?”

Look, there is a clear winner here. If you want to push past that wall where your legs are screaming and your lungs are on fire, try Maurten Bicarb.
