Gatorade Endurance Energy Chews Fruit Punch / Single Serving
What we think
Gatorade has really upped their game with their NEW FORMULA!!!! No longer can you just say they’re just a sugary sports drink. With Endurance Drink Mix Gatorade has reformulated the drink you know to meet the needs of endurance athletes. They increased sodium to 300mg, meaning it has more electrolytes than any other Gatorade formula.
Along with sodium, Gatorade also added three times the potassium than its Thirst Quencher line, to aid with cramping. 140mg! They also have kept the formula at only 22 grams of carbs, making the drink have a mere 90 calories. And of course, they've maintained the classic Gatorade flavors you’ve come to know and love.

Good Taste
Lemon Lime and the Watermelon are both great flavors.

Taste good and keeps the cramps away
I really like this new flavor and formula. Its more of a fine powder than the previous sandy/grainy version of the product. The flavor is refreshing but not too sweet. I like to start a long session with the orange or lemon lime, then switch to this at the half way point as a treat. Mixes better than the old version, but I still find it best to mix the night before use. Will buy again.
We bought this to acclimate to the Gatorade Endurance that most Ironman courses offer for in-race hydration. Works like most other formulas, we mix it roughly 1 scoop per 10 ounces. The orange powder does stain some, so it won't be our mainstay hydration formula, but we wanted to be sure we didn't have an digestive issues with it. Works great, no troubles, and as I said the only downfall is the orange stain (will wash out, but takes a lot of work, which is hard inside onbike hydration tubes/nozzles).
The packets are super convenient
Helpful in reducing leg cramping. Doesn't impact taste of drink getting added to.
bought it for my marathon training, to test the race day hydration, and is very good. sustainable energy and fuel your self enough.
Gatorlytes is a great aid for cramps, mixed with 20 oz. of G2.
