You can take Dream Shot any evening before bed to enhance all your sleep cycles. It’s not habit-forming and doesn’t contain melatonin. Initially, it’s best to take it several nights in a row, until you have overcome any “sleep inertia.”

The upper limit of magnesium intake for adults according to the FDA is 350 mg per day. Dream Shot has 72 mg of magnesium.
