These Vegan gels are designed for high intensity running, such as a 50k, marathon, half marathon, or 10k. How We Use it:

I decided to try them and I'm glad I did. I do not get any GI issues from it. And I appreciate that it's all real foods, and not fully processed and filled with additives. I eat one per hour during my runs and it's all good.

I love these. I’m an endurance athlete and with that comes the need to fule in the go. The typical energy gels you have to chose from hit my system too hard and often leave me queszy or with an upset stomach. These are very different, I feel like I get a more even energy delivery and if you are going a long way you don’t want the peaks and crashes in energy or blood sugar. It takes a minute to get use to the consistency because it’s so different that what I’m use to, but I really like them.

Great for runs. Tastes great. Was cramping (muscle) in my marathon, gulped down one of these, and the cramps went away.
