We've been using Clif Nut Butter Filled Bars as an afternoon snack, during hikes, or to start the recovery process after a hard training session. We recommend saving these for after your workout (or during a low energy activity) because they will digest more slowly than regular Clif bars due to the healthy fats and protein from nut butter.
