These bite sized versions of the Bonk Breaker Bars allow for easy portion-control and make a perfect mid-day snack. The bites are convenient during exercise allowing you to consume smaller portions at regular intervals, as opposed to one large bar taken all at once. Whenever we can, we pack a Bonk Breaker bite just in case we need solid food during or after workouts.
We take this product with us during exercise. To avoid hitting a wall mid workout take a couple bites. You will be ready to go and have a little extra edge at the end of your session.
