You’d be getting your carbohydrate source from gluten-free oats and honey while getting some fats and protein from peanuts, coconuts and flaxseed meal. How We Use Bonk Breaker Energy Bars:
We like to eat one about 90 minutes before training with plenty of water or about 90 minutes into a long training session to prevent us from bonking. These are also great to have with you for a midday pick me up. Whether you’re at work, out hiking, or getting ready for a hard training session these bars will help you overcome that dragging, tired feeling and give you the clean burning fuel you need!
