How We Use It
Prior to your workout, competition or adventure, rub PR Lotion into working muscles. Following an especially taxing training day or competition, apply after to affected muscle groups to speed recovery. Use one application per muscle group.
AmpHP suggests, cyclists and runners should apply a liberal amount from the tube to each leg, including hams, quads, calves and shins. Swimmers and weightlifters should rub a liberal amount from the tube into shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms. Remember to wash or wipe hands after application.
