How We Use It

These gels are great for endurance training or races. At first a was surprised by the consistency of these gels. They are much more liquid than the gels I had used in the past. After the second one I found that I like the consistency better and they are easier to swallow. They taste good and give me the added energy I need to make it through my long runs.

Accel gel is great for long workouts & for those training for a road race, marathon or triathlon. I purchased both the chocolate and vanilla. I was surprised to like the vanilla the best. It comes in a variety of flavors and is easy to digest. I prefer to stock in the fridge although it isn't necessary !

I put 4 in a 5 oz gel flask and add water to top and drink a sip every 10 miles while riding. It really helps keep my energy level high and keeps muscle spasms away. I prefer the chocolate and have been using it for years.
