Laurel Rathbun is an elite American cyclist and co-founder of Aurea Racing, competing at the highest level of professional road racing. A lifelong athlete from Colorado, Laurel found her passion in cycling at an early age and has developed into one of the country’s top criterium racers, earning major victories including the Sunny King Criterium and establishing herself as a consistent presence at the front of the professional peloton. Laurel combines elite athletic performance with a passion for growing opportunities in women’s cycling. Through Aurea Racing, she is helping create a platform designed to support the next generation of female cyclists while continuing to pursue her own goals at the highest levels of the sport.
