The Ultra Flask
These 500mL flasks are ideal for your long runs. They are a great fit for packs like the USWE Pace, which have mesh pockets on the front made just for them. You can fill them with mix, a gel solution, or just water. The extended tube and bite valve make them easier to drink from on the move.
