Product Description
Glucosamine is often thought of as an anti-aging supplement for older generations, but it is also taken by many professional athletes. It is a building block for glycosaminoglycans (amino sugars), which essentially lubricate and strengthen our skin, joints and ligaments.
We aren’t sure about you, but with all the pavement-pounding, weight lifting and rocky descents in our training plans, we are willing to do whatever it takes to protect out joints! We won’t complain about a nicer looking complexion either. Thorne has paired Glucosamine with Chondroitin (a category of amino sugars) to optimize absorption and effectiveness. This combination has been proven to further reduce pain, stiffness and swelling comparable to the effectiveness of NSAIDs.
