A prenatal multi for before, during, and after pregnancy – Basic Prenatal provides a complete multivitamin and mineral with active folate, choline, and chelated iron for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are nursing.
Support for healthy ovarian function – Ovarian Care combines myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol with CoQ10, folate, and plant extracts to support healthy ovarian function and your family planning goals.
Reproductive health support from two angles – A daily multivitamin covers broad nutrient needs while a powder focused on ovarian support adds a second layer, so the stack supports reproductive health from two sides.
Basic Prenatal uses folate as L-5-MTHF (the active form of folate), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and iron as ferrous bisglycinate, which is iron bound to the amino acid glycine. Ovarian Care combines two forms of inositol (a sugar-like compound found in the body), CoQ10 bound to a sunflower phospholipid, folate, green tea extract, pomegranate extract, and a wild blueberry complex.
How to Use Thorne Fertility Stack
Dose: Take 3 capsules of Basic Prenatal daily with food, and mix 1 scoop of Ovarian Care into at least 8 ounces of water two times daily.
Spacing: Take the prenatal with a meal, and stir the Ovarian Care into water in the morning and evening.

Each scoop gives you 2,000 mg of myo-inositol, 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol, 150 mg of CoQ10 and 667 mcg DFE of folate. It also has green tea, pomegranate and wild blueberry extracts.
You get folate as L-5-MTHF (the active form) and B12 as methylcobalamin, plus chelated iron and choline. A serving has 1,000 mcg of folate (1.7 mg DFE).
