Stick to the plan: 1 Gel 100 every 6km, supported by Drink Mix 320 to keep fluid and carbohydrates topped off, and Solid 160 to front-load energy pre-race or help you bounce back post-finish.

Maurten Drink 320 (2.0)
Maurten 320 is the powerhouse version of Maurten's 160 drink mix favored by elite athletes, especially runners when carrying fluid with you is challenging. This recently updated formula provides 320 calories and 80g of carbs per 500ml bottle. Additionally, it is just as light on the taste and easy to mix up as the 160. Use the 320 for your high-intensity workouts and for sure on race day.
Be sure to use precisely 500 ml (16 oz) of water with each packet, not more, not less. Otherwise, the hydrogel won't form properly.
The 160 is the OG of drink mixes from Maurten. It's a paired down version of the 320 with only 40g of carbs and 160mg of sodium. It's still a good dose of carbs that can complement your fueling plan to easily reach high levels of fueling...or stay around that mid level if it's a light day.
So how is this "Gel" different? It is the hallmark of Maurten. The Gel 100 is a unique energy-delivering product with their innovative hydrogel. It's texture is more like Jello and for sure easy to take down.
