Switchback founder Ole Hovde was on the go and struggling to find convenient, nutrient-dense food options. Frustrated with green powders that did little more than make him gag, he knew there had to be a better way – one that used real food.
With that goal in mind, he started by freeze-drying his wife’s homemade smoothie recipe. And just like that, Switchback was born.
