GripDry is Swiftwick's proprietary nanofiber, an ultra-fine fiber with tiny micro treads that add surface area and friction against your shoe, and it sits in the heel and forefoot where your foot meets the insole. The rest of the knit is 68% nylon, 19% Olefin (a lightweight synthetic fiber that moves sweat off your skin and dries quickly), 9% polyester, and 4% spandex, the stretch fiber that lets the sock return to shape. Medium cushion and moderate compression give you flexible support without a thick feel inside your shoe.
