Swiftwick's Flite XT Ankle gives you that grip and shape in a medium-cushion, moderate-compression ankle sock, with GripDry fiber in the heel and forefoot and AnkleLock technology around the ankle and heel.

Grip where your foot meets your shoe – GripDry fiber in the heel and forefoot grips your shoes, which helps keep your feet stable in them.

Ankle and heel support in a low-cut sock – AnkleLock technology adds targeted ankle and heel support that Swiftwick designed for quick movement.

Arch support that holds its shape – An arch band gently supports your arch and keeps the sock in place, which helps it hold its shape from the first mile to the last.

GripDry is Swiftwick's proprietary nanofiber, an ultra-fine fiber with tiny micro treads that add surface area and friction against your shoe, and it sits in the heel and forefoot where your foot meets the insole. The rest of the knit is 59% nylon, 23% Olefin (a lightweight synthetic fiber that moves sweat off your skin and dries quickly), 16% polyester, and 2% spandex, the stretch fiber that lets the sock return to shape. A mesh upper adds ventilation across the top of your foot, while the medium cushion and moderate compression give you flexible support.
