How to Use Styrkr Gel30:
Take one Styrkr GEL30 before intense exercise lasting <1hr or roughly every 20min for longer sessions and races.
One GEL30 is best for activities of 1hr or less but can be combined easily with other Styrkr products for a flexible fueling strategy.
As a rule of thumb, you should be aiming for around 30-60g of carbs per hour for activities of 1-3 hours and 90-120g of carbs per hour for any activities over four hours.
