How to use SiS Go Isotonic Energy Gels:
These energy gels are portable and easy to take with you on long training rides, interval days, and races, especially since they don’t require tons of water to be taken with them.
We recommend having one gel every 20-30 minutes during rides or runs that are over 90 minutes.
You can also have one with electrolytes 30 minutes before exercise to help with hydration and replenish fuel stores.
