We use SiS GO Electrolyte during intense workouts to replenish those nutrients and electrolytes you sweat out! The serving size is key...2 scoops in 500 mL of water! Many over fill their bottles and dilute the solution. Pay close attention to this! Consume one serving per hour during exercise lasting longer than 90 minutes and feel the difference!
