Each serving of RAW FUEL includes 24g of carbohydrates in a precise ratio of 1 to 0.8 Glucose to Fructose along with 300mg of sodium, optimal for absorption. This formula contains the optimal carb and salt ratios to meet the needs of endurance athletes at the highest level per hour without gut distress.
RAW Endurance FUEL can provide up to 100-120g of carbs in combination with 1250-1500mg sodium per hour. This both provides flexibility in fueling, from low to high-carb, and meets the standards that athletes are reaching for.
Each serving includes 300mg sodium in a 1:1 ratio of sea salt to sodium citrate. Using sodium citrate in conjunction with sea salt allows your gut to tolerate more sodium consumption during training, delivering hydration and electrolytes without digestive issues.

How to Use RAW Fuel:
Take 1-2 scoops/servings for ~60min of light training or activity. As the intensity and duration increase, you should increase servings as needed (ie. 3-4 scoops would give you ~75-100g of carbs).
