What’s in it?

Why do I want it?

Struggling for a good night’s sleep and rolling around in bed can be dreadful. This is where Lipocalm fits the bill. It’s great for chilling you out but (more importantly) for helping you settle back into sleep without the grogginess byproduct we often get from using melatonin. 

What are my options?

Lipocalm only comes in a 50ml bottle, delivered easily by pumps. The flavor has been said to be “strong”, but this is not a barrier to the blessing of a good night’s rest.

How to use it?

We like to take four pumps per day as needed to help with relaxation and sleep. Hold in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing for maximum effectiveness. It is best to take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal.
