Liposomal Glutathione delivers a concentrated dose of your body's core antioxidant. Nanoemulsified DIM, derived from cruciferous vegetables, is included for its role in hormone metabolism, worth knowing if you're on hormonal medication given how much the dose increases by weeks three and four. Bitter X blends dandelion, gentian, solidago, and myrrh, bitter herbs traditionally used to support bile flow. Pure PC delivers a high dose of phosphatidylcholine, a core component of cell membranes and of bile itself. Ultra Binder rounds things out with zeolite, bentonite clay, activated charcoal, and a stronger silica-based binder to catch material in the gut.
How to Use Black Box® II
Week 1: Pure PC (1/2 tsp), DIM (2 pumps), Methyl B-Complex (1 pump), Glutathione (2 pumps), and Bitter X (2 pumps), all AM and PM, on an empty stomach, held in your mouth 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing.
Weeks 2-3: Pure PC (1 tsp), DIM (4 pumps week 2, 6 in week 3), Methyl B-Complex (2 pumps), Glutathione (4 pumps), Bitter X (4 pumps), same AM/PM schedule.
Week 4: Pure PC back to 1/2 tsp; DIM, Methyl B-Complex, Glutathione, and Bitter X stay at week 3 levels.
30 Minutes Later, Every Week: Ultra Binder (1 teaspoon mixed in 8 ounces of water).
Another 30 Minutes Later: Eat or take any medication.
Ultra Binder contains activated charcoal, so keep it 2+ hours from any prescription medication. DIM's dose increases substantially by week three, so check with your physician before starting if on hormonal medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
