How To Use Cardio Elite:
Before use, gently mix the contents by inverting or swirling the bottle several times. Avoid shaking vigorously.
Take one (1) serving by mouth, holding it in your mouth for 90 seconds before swallowing. This process can be repeated up to three times daily or as guided by a healthcare professional. It's best to take it on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
Warning: Consult your practitioner prior to use if taking hypertension medications, other nitrate-based supplements, PDE5 inhibitors, or other medications. Discontinue use if you feel dizzy or faint. Do not use if pregnant of breastfeeding
