The PF 60 delivers a steady stream of rapidly digestible carbs (in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio) – along with fluid and a significant level of sodium to combat dehydration and electrolyte losses. Unlike most products, it is a jack of all trades. It contains 30g of carbohydrates and 500mg of sodium per 16oz serving and mixes up into a 6% carbohydrate solution (when mixed as directed).
