Delivering the perfect trifecta of carbs, fluids, and electrolytes, the PF 60 Drink Mix is designed for all your needs. While it’s primarily intended for higher-intensity efforts lasting 1-2 hours, it can also replenish your energy needs during longer events.
You can either take one serving (2 x scoops) to get 30g of carbohydrates and 500mg of sodium, or you can take two servings (4 x scoops) for the bigger dose of 60g of carbs and 1,000mg of sodium.
The PF 60 delivers a steady stream of rapidly digestible carbs (in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio) – along with fluid and a significant level of sodium to combat dehydration and electrolyte losses.
We love the intent in their design; it has a higher amount of carbs than most drink mixes in addition to more sodium than most electrolyte drinks.

How to Use PF Hydration:
Each scoop is 15g of carbs and 250mg of sodium. We recommend 2 level scoops (1 serving) into 16oz of water, shake, and drink to thirst during exercise. Take one at minimum per hour of exercise!
