Pillar Performance Triple Magnesium Professional Recovery
I’ve been on this for 8 days now. I can see the difference in my HRV and sleep score on my Garmin! Matt's take: This is one of the products I use almost every night. Since I first got product samples in the Fall of last year, I don't think I missed more than a few nights without drinking Pillar before bed. It's simple. I sleep better every night when I drink it before bed.
In my case, I can get mild leg discomfort that wakes me up. It could be the night after a hard workout, but I also get it on rest days. Sometimes, even more on rest days.
