How to Use Orthomol Vital F:
Take the contents of one daily pack (1 packet, 1 vial and 1 capsule) daily, with or after a meal. Dissolve the packet in 150-200ml of non-carbonated water. Note: intended to be used in a consecutive 30-day period.
