How to Use Orthomol Cardio

Dose: Stir one 15 g sachet into 100 to 150 ml (about 4 to 5 fl oz) of still water or juice, then take it with or after a meal, along with the tablet and 3 capsules in the pack.

Meal choice: Take the pack with the meal that has the most fat in it, since omega-3s and CoQ10 are fat-soluble and absorb better with food.

Consistency: The box is a 30-day course of consecutive daily use, so start it at the beginning of a training block and take one pack every day, rest days included.
