Product Description

Tired legs and a busy head rarely shut down on the same schedule. After a late interval session or a long ride, your body can be ready for bed while your mind keeps replaying the day's events or tomorrow's plan, and the sleep you lose is the sleep your training adaptations depend on. But athletes don't want to become habitual melatonin or supplement users.

Momentous Nightly Sleep gives you a way to settle in with a melatonin-free formula that releases muscle tension, promotes relaxation, and eases the transition into sleep.

Muscle tension that lets go – The magnesium comes as bisglycinate, a form bound to the amino acid glycine, and it supports the brain's calming GABA signaling while helping muscles release the tightness that hard sessions leave behind.

Calm without a hormone – Nightly Sleep contains no melatonin and is non-sedative, so you can take it after easy days and heavy days alike without adding a hormone to your routine.

L-theanine and apigenin for a calmer head – Two relaxation-promoting compounds give racing thoughts less to hold onto, which matters on the nights when your legs are done and your mind is not.

Magnesium signals muscles to release and supports GABA, the main calming messenger in your brain, and bisglycinate is a chelated form, meaning the mineral is bound to glycine so your body can absorb it. L-theanine is the amino acid found in tea leaves that promotes relaxation without sedation. Apigenin is a plant compound, sourced from grapefruit in this formula, that acts at the same GABA receptors to ease the transition into sleep.

Take 3 capsules with water 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Taking them at the early end of that window gives you time to wind down before you lie down.

Every night. The formula is intended for consistent nightly use, so you take one 3-capsule serving each evening.

Magnesium bisglycinate supports GABA activity (the brain's main calming signal) and helps muscles release tension. L-theanine promotes relaxation without sedation, and apigenin acts at GABA receptors to ease the transition into sleep.

No. Nightly Sleep is melatonin-free and non-sedative, so there is no added hormone in the formula.

Momentous swapped magnesium L-threonate for magnesium bisglycinate. L-theanine and apigenin stay the same, and Magnesium L-Threonate is now sold as its own product.
