Product Description
For runners, women, and plant-based athletes, low iron can be a real concern. It's hard to spot, but shows up as flat energy, slower recovery, and other performance-hindering issues.
Momentous Iron+ replaces what training and diet quietly draw down, pairing a gentle, highly absorbable iron with vitamin C and a full B-complex.
Cuts Fatigue by Refilling What Training Drains – Footstrike impact, sweat losses, and a lighter-meat diet draw iron down faster than most people realize, and restoring it turns flat, dragging days into steady daily energy.
Sharpens Both Physical and Mental Output – Iron feeds the oxygen transport your muscles need to perform and the red blood cell production your brain relies on for focus, so low iron tends to show up as a slower engine and a foggier head at the same time.
Absorbs Easily Without the Stomach Issues – Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate paired with vitamin C is gentler on the gut than standard ferrous sulfate, which is the main reason people stop taking iron in the first place.
Iron is what your red blood cells use to carry oxygen to working muscle, and endurance training draws it down through footstrike impact, sweat losses, and everyday gut losses, on top of whatever your diet doesn't replace. Vitamin C is included specifically because it enhances how much of that iron your body absorbs, while the B-complex supports the energy production that low iron tends to blunt first. None of this moves fast. Some people notice better energy within a couple of weeks, but it typically takes 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use to see a meaningful increase in iron levels, and full repletion can take several months depending on how depleted you started.
How to Use Momentous Iron+
Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning before food.
Keep it separate: Avoid taking with calcium or dairy, since both interfere with iron absorption. If you also take a multivitamin containing calcium, space the two at least 2 to 3 hours apart.
Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Momentous Iron+ FAQ's
Everything you need to know about Momentous Iron+.

If you're a runner, a woman with heavy cycles, or eating mostly plant-based, you're in the highest-risk group for low iron — training itself accelerates the losses. Check your ferritin with a doctor before starting, since symptoms like fatigue and slow recovery can have other causes too.
Most iron supplements use ferrous sulfate, which is notorious for nausea and constipation — the #1 reason people quit taking iron. Iron+ uses Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate instead, a gentler, more absorbable form that's easier on the gut.
Some athletes feel an energy shift within a couple of weeks, but plan on 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use before you see a real change in iron levels — full repletion can take several months if you started significantly depleted. This is a rebuild, not a pre-workout.
Take 1 capsule daily, ideally in the morning before food. Keep it away from calcium or dairy (including a calcium-containing multivitamin) by at least 2 to 3 hours, since calcium blocks iron absorption.
Yes — Iron+ is NSF Certified for Sport®, meaning every batch is tested for banned substances, heavy metals, and label accuracy, so it's a safe pick if you compete under drug-testing rules.
