How is this "Gel" different? The Gel 100 contains 60% carbohydrates, comes in 40g servings and you don't need to wash it down with water. Its texture is more like Jello –due to their Hydrogel Technology that improves absorption– and is super easy to take down. It doesn't taste very sweet and you could almost say it’s flavorless like Maurten's other products.
