Magnesium, botanicals and L-theanine – Each four-capsule serving adds 320 mg of magnesium, 400 mg of magnolia bark extract, and 100 mg of Theracurmin curcumin extract to the L-theanine.
L-theanine is an amino acid, and Pro-Som uses the Suntheanine brand. The magnolia bark extract is standardized to 2% honokiol and 1% magnolol, the two plant compounds it is measured by. Theracurmin is a water-dispersible curcumin extract providing 30% curcumin, and the magnesium comes as dimagnesium malate, a form where magnesium is bound to malic acid. Magnesium takes part in more than 300 enzyme reactions, the chemical steps that run your body.
How to Use Pro-Som
Dose: Take 2 to 4 capsules before bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
The label gives a range, so starting at 2 capsules and adjusting from there is a simple way to find what suits you.
