Hyperice Hypervolt 3 FAQ's
Everything you need to know before getting started.

Use it before training to warm up muscles and increase blood flow, and after activity to flush soreness and restore range of motion. It's equally effective throughout the day whenever tension or stiffness builds up — the 4-hour battery gives you plenty of runtime for multiple sessions daily.
Start at speeds 1–2 for sensitive areas, pre-workout activation, or if you're newer to percussion therapy. Use mid-range speeds for everyday recovery work, and higher speeds for dense muscle groups like quads, hamstrings, and glutes. The built-in pressure sensor helps guide how hard you're pressing in real time.
The Hypervolt 3 Pro adds a sixth speed setting and operates at 51 dB vs. 48 dB on the Hypervolt 3. Both models share the same 1,500–2,500 RPM range, Heated Head Attachment, pressure sensor, Bluetooth app connectivity, 4-hour battery, and premium carry case. The Hypervolt 3 is the ideal daily driver for most athletes; the 3 Pro adds an extra layer of control for higher-demand training and recovery needs.
The Hypervolt 3 delivers up to 4 hours of use per charge — plenty for multiple daily sessions. It charges via an 18V wall charger and maintains consistent percussive power throughout the battery cycle.
The Heated Head Attachment adds targeted warmth directly to the percussion tip, combining heat therapy with percussive pulses to boost circulation and release deep-seated muscle tension. It's especially effective on chronically tight or cold muscles before training or after a long day on your feet.
