Use the Hyperboot 15-20 minutes before workouts for pre-activation, or immediately after training for recovery. It's also ideal during travel between competitions or during long flights to maintain circulation and reduce stiffness.
Yes! Unlike traditional compression boots, the Hyperboot features a rubberized outsole and mobile design that allows you to walk, stretch, and move around during your session. It's not designed for running errands, but you can handle normal pre-workout prep and post-training activities.
The Hyperboot is designed for mobility and activation—you wear them while moving and prepping for workouts. The Normatec 3 is optimized for full-leg, stationary recovery sessions. They complement each other: use the Hyperboot for pre-workout warmup and quick recovery, and Normatec 3 for deep post-training recovery.
Use the built-in buttons on the medial heel of each boot for quick adjustments, or connect via Bluetooth to the Hyperice app for more detailed customization of heat, compression levels, and session times.
Hyperice uses general size ranges (S, M, L, XL, XXL) that each cover multiple shoe sizes. Check the size chart on the product page. The compression adjusts to fine-tune fit—if you're at the smaller end of a size range, use firmer compression for a more secure feel.
