How We Use It

We take Human N SuperBeets Energy Plus before our workouts but sometimes we use it as a quick pick me up in the middle of a long day.  Skip the snack and drink the snack!  You heard that right....sometimes a smoothie is all we need to feel full and happy.  Usually we like to incorporate this into our morning ritual smoothies.  Can't think of a better way to start the day! 

How To Use It
