The inspiration for Honey Stinger Gluten Free Waffles was imported from Belgium where Dutch riders often ate these syrupy, chewy waffles on long training rides...commonly known as Stroopwafels. Honey Stinger decided to bring the concept to American athletes and their iconic waffle was born.

Delicious wild honey sandwiched between two thin, crispy waffle wafers is the perfect treat. They are certified USDA Organic and come in a convenient single-serve package. We often turn to these waffles when we need something lighter and a little easier to digest compared to an energy bar.
