The vegan-friendly Gnarly Baseline Iron+ delivers a safe, highly effective form of iron to those who need it – making sure athletes are at baseline.
Groups that are at risk for iron deficiency include endurance athletes, females who are subject to menstruation, and vegans/vegetarians. If you are in 1 or multiple of these groups, you may benefit from daily iron supplementation. We know it’s a crucial nutrient that affects the super-active individuals even more so.
Gnarly Baseline Iron is formulated with plant-based athletes in mind. It’s made with 25mg of Iron bisglycinate –the most bioavailable form of non-heme (vegan) Iron available– along with Vitamin C to improve iron absorption. Further, it comes with 50mcg of Vitamin B12, a nutrient tailored towards plant-based athletes due to common deficiencies.
Beyond those active ingredients, rice bran is the only other ingredient you’ll find in Gnarly Baseline Iron +.

How to Use It:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or small snack, to avoid any potential GI distress.
