Product Description

Targeted recovery is one of the most valuable tools in an athlete's toolkit. You can nail your nutrition and hit your training goals but still carry nagging joint soreness, a stiff ankle, or a hot spot on your knee that just won't calm down. The Fringe Tiny Wrap was built for exactly those moments — a compact, wireless red light therapy device that puts cellular-level recovery exactly where you need it.

This is the go-anywhere light therapy tool that slots into the gaps your bigger recovery devices can't reach.

Targeted Recovery – At just 11.8" x 6.3" and 0.4 lbs, the Tiny Wrap is purpose-built for smaller, specific areas — ankles, wrists, elbows, knees — where larger wraps or panels are awkward or ineffective. One velcro strap, flexible neoprene pad, and you're locked in and treating in under a minute.

Three Wavelengths, One Device – Red light (660nm) supports surface-level tissue repair and circulation. Near-infrared light (850nm) penetrates deeper into muscle and joint tissue to support healing where soreness actually lives. Blue light (415nm) targets the skin's surface with antimicrobial effects — useful for abrasions, rashes, and irritations that come with the territory in endurance sport. All three modes are available in a single device at a 1:1:1 ratio.

Sun-Like Intensity, Engineered for Results – Light therapy only works when the dosage is right. Too little and nothing happens. Too much and the benefits reverse. Fringe has engineered the Tiny Wrap to deliver 20–40 mW/cm² — a sun-like intensity that research identifies as the effective therapeutic window — instead of chasing inflated irradiance numbers that other brands use as marketing metrics.

Why Red Light Therapy Matters

We don't get enough sun.

Plain and simple –  nowadays, we can spend somewhere around 93% of our time indoors, decreasing our body's natural ability to function. Red Light Therapy conveniently reintroduces the healing power of the sun, improving how our cells produce energy. When our cells have the energy they need, they can tackle and alleviate many modern-day health challenges naturally.

Just like plants depend on sunlight to flourish, the human body is dependent on light for health and wellbeing. Red and Near Infrared Light therapy stimulates your body's natural healing process through increased cellular energy production, which helps decrease inflammation, increase blood flow, and enhance collagen production for improved tissue repair.

How Red Light Works

Red and near-infrared light work by stimulating your cells' natural energy production — specifically, it triggers your mitochondria (your cells' power generators) to produce more ATP, the fuel cells run on. More cellular energy means better blood flow to the treatment area, reduced inflammation, and faster tissue repair. The blue light mode adds a surface-level antimicrobial effect, supporting skin healing for the cuts, blisters, and rashes that accumulate across a long training season.

How to Use the Fringe Tiny Wrap

Daily Use: Apply the wrap to the target area using the adjustable velcro strap. Run a 10-minute session once per day. The built-in auto timer takes the guesswork out — it shuts off automatically so you can close your eyes and let it work.

Choose Your Mode: Use Mode 1 (Red + Near-Infrared) for deep muscle and joint recovery. Mode 2 (Blue Light) for skin irritations, abrasions, and blemishes. Mode 3 (Red Only) for surface-level tissue work and circulation support.

Pro Tip: Consistent daily use compounds. Spot-treating a sore ankle for one session is useful; using it nightly for a week during a training block is where athletes report the most meaningful change.

Fringe Red Light Therapy Tiny Wrap FAQ's

Everything you need to know about Fringe Red Light Therapy Tiny Wrap.

The Fringe Tiny Wrap is a small, wireless light therapy device that combines red light (660nm), near-infrared light (850nm), and blue light (415nm) in one flexible, wearable wrap. Red and near-infrared light work at a cellular level to support energy production, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation in the targeted area. Blue light targets the skin surface and may help with localized skin irritations.

Yes, when used under adult supervision and as directed. The device uses LED light at a non-thermal, sun-like intensity (20–40 mW/cm²) that does not heat or damage tissue. It should never be used unsupervised by children, should not be directed at the eyes, and is not for use on infants. If a child has an underlying health condition or takes medications that increase light sensitivity, check with a healthcare provider first.

Mode 1 (Deep Healing) combines red and near-infrared light — best for deeper muscle soreness, joint stiffness, and general recovery. Mode 2 (Skin Healing) uses blue light alone — best for skin irritations, blemishes, or surface-level concerns. Mode 3 (Light Healing) uses red light only — a good starting point for general surface-level use and for those new to light therapy.

The Tiny Wrap has a built-in 10-minute automatic timer, which is the recommended session length. For adults, daily use on the target area is appropriate. For children, a shorter frequency and "low and slow" approach is recommended — start with a few sessions per week and observe how the body responds before increasing.

The Tiny Wrap is specifically sized for smaller, more targeted areas — think a child's knee, a small joint, or a localized spot on the body where a larger wrap doesn't sit well. It's also lighter (0.4 lbs) and more compact (11.8" x 6.3"), making it easy to position precisely and comfortable for smaller family members. The full-size wrap covers larger areas like an adult's lower back or shoulder.
