Having only used one of my 2 packs of Fluid Recovery, I offer this review as my initial assessment of the product. The overall taste and texture was pleasant. I may have mixed it with too much water, so it was very well diluted. But I don't believe that impacted it terribly much. The claims of less muscle soreness seem appropriate, and power to workout hard the next day were proven true. But I cannot attest to greater focus post workout. How to use it?
We love to mix this up in a blender bottle after an intense cardio or endurance session. Mixes easy, tastes great, and gives muscles exactly what they need to perform the following day. Mix one serving with 8-12 oz. of water or your favorite milk or milk alternative for an easy to digest, on the go protein packed recovery drink! Drink within 30-60 minutes of a hard session to kickstart the recovery process.
