Product Description
The pros have been quietly using this for years. We found out about Firefly from the Head PT at the Orlando Magic, then discovered it's the secret weapon at Nike's training center. When elite athletes don't want to talk about their recovery tools, you know it works.
Firefly is a neuromuscular stimulation device that increases blood flow by 400% to speed recovery while you're sitting on the couch, working at your desk, or even sleeping.
Stick-On Convenience That Actually Works Place it below your knee, turn it on, and watch your calf muscles contract rhythmically. The gentle electrical pulses stimulate your peroneal nerve, triggering muscle contractions that pump blood through your entire body—not just your legs.
Medical-Grade Technology for Athlete Recovery Originally developed for post-surgery patients to prevent blood clots, Firefly uses the same nerve stimulation principle to flush lactic acid, reduce inflammation, and deliver fresh oxygen exactly where you need it. Research shows it increases lower extremity microcirculation by 400%.
Recover While You Live Your Life Unlike compression boots or ice baths that chain you to one spot, Firefly works while you move. Wear it cooking dinner, playing with your kids, or during a transatlantic flight. The visible foot flutter confirms it's working—you can literally see your recovery happening in real-time.
Use It Daily: Wear for 2-4 hours after hard workouts to reduce next-day soreness.
Travel Days: Keep it on for entire flights to arrive fresh and prevent leg fatigue.
Injury Recovery: Extended use accelerates healing by maintaining constant blood flow to injured areas.
Pro teams from the NBA to Tour de France cyclists rely on Firefly because it delivers measurable results you can feel immediately. Each device provides 30 hours of recovery—enough for two weeks of daily training or multiple long-haul flights.
Stop wasting recovery time. Firefly lets you recover faster while you're actually doing something useful.

How to Use Firefly Recovery:
Position each Firefly just below the outside of your knee with the white tip facing forward, this is key for it to work. You should see a gentle foot twitch once it’s in the right spot. For best results, use the accessory strap to keep it secure.
Locate the Fibular Head
Feel for the round bone just below your knee on the outside of your leg. That's your fibular head—right where Firefly goes.
Prep and Position the Firefly
Peel the backing off both electrode pads. Place Firefly directly over the fibular head. Press firmly to ensure full contact with your skin.
Turn Device On/Off
Press the button to turn on. Cycle through 7 intensity levels until you see a slight foot flutter. Press and hold to turn off.
Secure with Strap (Optional)
Wrap the knee strap around your leg to keep Firefly firmly positioned. Essential after first few uses when adhesive weakens.

Each Firefly provides approximately 30 hours of recovery use. The adhesive gel and non-rechargeable battery are designed for multiple sessions over 2-3 weeks of regular use before disposal.
We reccomend getting the Knee Straps. While the adhesive gel starts very sticky, it becomes less effective over time. The strap keeps Firefly firmly positioned over your peroneal nerve for optimal results, especially when moving around.
Yes. Firefly uses the same low-grade electrical stimulation developed for post-surgery patients. It's gentle, painless, and safe for daily use.
Individuals with pacemakers and recently diagnosed DVT should not use the Firefly. See the instructions that accompany the device for a full list of contraindications, warnings and precautions.
