When I bought my $250.00 gift card I checked with your company first to see if there were any upcoming promotions so that I could save some money - since I am a senior living on a fixed income. I was told there were no upcoming promotions, but within two days after I ordered the gift card I received an email that there was a 10% off promotion. Since I had just ordered the card, I checked to see if I could be eligible for that and I was treated like I was an ISIS terrorist. Not only do I never anticipate using The Feed again, but it is my intention to share this experience with my triathlon club, my cycling club, my masters swim club and my running club - plus virtually anyone who will listen. I sit on the boards of two big athletic clubs and have a lot of contact with clubs all across the country. I’ll be sure and let them know too. It’s not that the $25.00 will make or break someone on a fixed income, it’s the way I was deceived and subsequently treated that has me getting ready for a social media battle against your company. I didn’t deserve the lie or the treatment, but I guess The Feed really doesn’t care about senior citizens.
