Amacx is the official nutrition partner for EF Education - EasyPost since 2024. This pack keeps things simple, based around their Energy Line. Both the Drink Gel and Fruit Chews are built around the same 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio, so they stack cleanly no matter how you mix them through a ride.
What's in the pack:

3x Amacx Drink Gel — 30g of carbs and 200mg of sodium per gel, in a thin, drinkable format. This is one of the all-time gel favorites. Goes down well with or without water, so nothing to chase with a bottle — just squeeze and go. Take 1-3 per hour depending on effort.
- 3x Amacx Energy Fruit Chew — Same 30g carb payload and 2:1 ratio, but in chew form with 51% real fruit and 100mg of sodium. A sugared outer coating keeps it from gumming up your teeth mid-effort — a small detail, but a real one on a long ride.
Together, these two give you both formats covered: the gel when you want something fast and liquid, the chew when you want something to actually eat. Same carb math either way, so you're not spending time figuring out how they stack.
