Running Fitness is Coros's algorithm that measures your aerobic fitness level based on training history and performance. Race Predictor uses this data to estimate your finish times for distances from 5K to marathon.
The nylon band is lighter (32g total) and more breathable for running. The silicone band (40g total) is more durable and better for swimming or sweaty conditions. Many athletes buy both.
