Size and battery life. The 46mm offers 1.3" display with 65 hours GPS / 24 days regular use. The 42mm has a 1.2" display with 41 hours GPS / 15 days regular use. Choose based on your wrist size preference and whether you need maximum battery for ultra-distance events.
Yes. The Apex 4 syncs with Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health, and other major platforms through the Coros app. All your activities, stats, and routes transfer seamlessly.
